ICM formed an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and named "People" as its top priority.
From a strategic standpoint, Dave Vander Griend recognized that as ICM leapt from small company to large organization, its approach would be the key to future success. So he hand-picked a team to help him lead and manage the company. One of the first projects the ELT took on was to help define the company's three Wildly Important Goals. They identified "People, R&D, and our Projects," as the most important areas of the business.
