To accommodate its 500 employees, ICM completed construction on its new south building and opened an office in Colorado.

Completed in September, the first construction project added 24,000 sq. ft., but even before it could be finished, overwhelming growth prompted the construction of an additional 16,000 sq. ft. wing to ICM's South building. ICM also purchased a lumberyard across the street from its North building to stage equipment, and ICM's Bio-Methanator shop was expanded by 4,800 sq. ft. to allow assembly-line production. Growth in the Environmental Affairs team prompted the opening of a new office in Ft. Collins, CO.
