With plants under construction across the country, ICM's staff had grown to 150. Dave Vander Griend and a few early ICM employees held pilot's licenses, flying employees where they needed to go for years. Soon, increasing travel needs prompted ICM to hire its first pilot. Today, ICM's flight operations and travel departments are comprised of five pilots, two mechanics, and two travel professionals along with a fleet of seven planes, enabling nearly instant response to customer needs. |
