ICM completed its first plant expansion project at Diversified Energy Co. (DENCO) in Morris, MN.

ICM's service offering grew in 1997 when, along with its existing dryer-manufacturing business, the company began providing consulting services to help plants remove production bottlenecks. In 1999, ICM added plant expansions to its growing list of capabilities when its 45 employees engineered and built an expansion for DENCO, resulting in a reconstruction of more than 85% of the original plant and a capacity increase from 7 to 15 MGY.
