Hands-on learning from the company that designed your plant
Having the ethanol industry’s most efficiently designed bio-refinery is only part of what it takes to succeed. Plants also need good people with solid training.
In response to customer demand, ICM has developed a growing list of courses to sharpen individual employee knowledge while also advancing the entire industry through a comprehensive educational program. We’re committed to keeping our customers on the cutting edge of ethanol information with the best in ethanol industry education and training. Whether you need to train new employees on the basics of ethanol plant operation or give senior staff members a refresher to keep their skills sharp, we’re here to help.
Classes run from 1-5 days, depending on subject. We introduce new courses frequently, and class offerings will be based on customer input—so if there’s something you’d like to see in our lineup, please give us a call.
Classroom and hands-on training in state-of-the-art facility
All courses are offered at our premier R&D laboratory and training facility in St. Joseph, Mo., where instructors use museum-quality models and visual aids to enhance classroom learning. Students will receive best-in-industry classroom instruction and multimedia presentations in our newly remodeled training center. We then present students with real-world situations in hands-on demonstrations inside the adjacent, ICM-designed and constructed, 50 MGY ethanol plant, owned by Lifeline Foods, LLC.
