ICM, Inc. Announces Contract with Front Range Energy LLC for Full-Scale Commercial Installation of ICM’s Selective Milling Technology™ (SMT™)

 

(Colwich, Kan. –June 5, 2014) – ICM is pleased to announce that Front Range Energy LLC has purchased ICM’s patent-pending Selective Milling Technology™for the Front Range Energy ethanol plant located in Windsor, Colorado. SMT™ is a value-added platform technology for plant yield enhancement.

Dan Sanders, Vice President for Front Range Energy LLC, said, “We are excited to own and operate this new technology from ICM. Our team did an excellent job evaluating options available in this space and we believe ICM’s SMT™ gives us the greatest potential for overall yield improvements, and the most control to make operational changes on the front end of our plant to enable lower cost per gallon production.”
Chris Mitchell, President of ICM, Inc., said, “SMT™ continues to prove itself as the long term solution of choice for plant yield enhancement, and ICM is pleased to continue our partnership with Front Range Energy, a leading supplier of fuel ethanol to the Rocky Mountain transportation fuel market.”

With the agreement for purchase and full-scale installation at Front Range Energy, there are now seventeen ethanol plants in North America either operating or under contract to operate ICM’s Selective Milling Technology™, raising total throughput for ICM and its partner in this yield enhancement technology, Fluid Quip Process Technologies, to over 1.65 billion gallons of ethanol production per year.

ICM, Inc. Announces Contract with Prairie Horizon Agri-Energy LLC for Full-Scale Commercial Installation of its Selective Milling Technology™

 

(Colwich, Kan. –May 29, 2014) – ICM is pleased to announce that Prairie Horizon Agri-Energy LLC of Phillipsburg, Kansas has purchased ICM’s patent-pending Selective Milling Technology™ for the Prairie Horizon ethanol plant. SMT™ is a value-added platform technology for plant yield enhancement.

David VanderGriend, founder and CEO of ICM, Inc., said, “ICM is happy to see more customers take advantage of the benefits that SMT™ provides. SMT™ is not only the first step toward our Fiber Separation Technology™ and Generation 1.5™ Technology, but has also proven itself to the point that it is now considered standard equipment in every new build we’re doing internationally. That raises the total throughput for ICM and its partner in this yield enhancement technology, Fluid Quip Process Technologies, to more than 1.6 billion gallons of ethanol production per year.

ICM, Inc. Announces Contract with Pacific Ethanol, Inc. on Purchase & Full-Scale Commercial Installation of its Selective Milling Technology™ (SMT™)

 

(Colwich, Kan. –February 5, 2014) – ICM is pleased to announce that Pacific Ethanol, Inc. has purchased its patent-pending Selective Milling Technology™ for installation at the Pacific Ethanol Magic Valley plant in Burley, Idaho. SMT™ is a value-added platform technology that increases ethanol yield, reduces viscosity and increases oil recovery for its customers.

Tom Ranallo, Vice President of Operations for ICM, Inc., said, “SMT™ is providing our customers, and the industry, with a new standard for ethanol yields, oil recovery yields, and overall plant efficiencies. We are excited to continue our relationship with Pacific Ethanol, Inc, and look forward to partnering with them to help realize their performance goals.”

ICM, Inc. Announces Contract with Louis Dreyfus Commodities LLC on Two Purchases & Full-Scale Commercial Installations of its Selective Milling Technology™ (SMT™)

(Colwich, Kan. –February 3, 2014) – ICM is pleased to announce that Louis Dreyfus Commodities LLC has purchased its patent-pending Selective Milling Technology™ (SMT™) for both of its North American ethanol plants: Louis Dreyfus Commodities Grand Junction, LLC, located in Grand Junction, Iowa, and Elkhorn Valley Ethanol, LLC, located in Norfolk, Nebraska. SMT™ is a value-added technology that increases ethanol yield, reduces viscosity and increases oil recovery.
