This 110 MGY ethanol plant in Fort Dodge, IA, features our design, dryer system, and bio-methanator. The plant met its emissions requirements the first time tested as well as met its performance guarantees at nameplate. Very similar in layout and scale to the VeraSun Energy plant in Aurora, SD, this plant processes 40 million bushels of corn annually and produces 352,000 tons of distiller's grains.
