What kind of information does ICM, Inc., collect?
Personally Identifiable Information Collection and Use
This Website only collects personally identifiable information from you if you choose to provide this information to us. Examples of personally identifiable information collected with your consent include name, e-mail address, information on an employment application or resume, or any inquiries you may make through our Website. ICM, Inc., will not disclose this information to any third party. The following are the uses we make of such personally identifiable information.
- We review your potential suitability for an available career opportunity. Any information submitted by persons seeking employment will be forwarded to the Human Resources Department of ICM, Inc., and will be retained for six months. It will not be used for any other purpose.
- If you provide information regarding facility-related problems or concerns, we will forward that information to the appropriate ICM, Inc., employees and/or sub-contractors responsible for responding to your inquiry, so they may accurately respond to your inquiry. We will retain such information indefinitely.
- We also may use the information we collect from our inquiry forms to develop a database of frequently asked questions. While we reserve the right to use any general information you submit, (i.e. problems with belts on a specific piece of machinery) for this database, we will not store such information with any personally identifiable information about either you or the facility you are referencing. Upon future cataloging and publication of this information into a searchable database on our Website, neither the person submitting the inquiry nor the facility referenced in the inquiry will be identified.
- If required by law to do so, we will disclose personally identifiable information in response to a Court order, warrant, or other comparable legal instrument with which our legal advisors direct us to comply.
Non-personally identifiable information
This Website also may collect information from you that is not personally identifiable. We may record information about your visit to the site without recording any personal information. For example, our Web server monitors our Website traffic and develops certain statistics, including the number of Website visitors, pages most frequently accessed, and the browser type used to access our Website.
How will ICM, Inc., use the information it collects?
The information collected by this Website is used only for replying to your inquiries, for creating a database of information to better serve our customers, for processing employment application information, and for the administration, review, and improvement of our Website.
You agree that by providing your e-mail address in our inquiry forms, ICM, Inc., may contact you in response to your comments or inquiries, or to proceed with steps necessary in the pre-employment process. If you decide that you do not want to receive further e-mails regarding your inquiry from ICM, Inc., you may reply to our e-mail and ask us to remove you from our contact list, or you may call 316-977-6118 and ask to be removed.
Will ICM, Inc., sell my information?
ICM, Inc., respects your privacy and does not and will never sell, rent, or lease any personally identifiable information to any third party.
Is my personally identifiable information secure?
ICM, Inc., takes the security of your personally identifiable information very seriously. We have taken significant precautions to provide secure transmission through our server. In the event we request or transmit sensitive information, we use industry standard, secure socket layer ("SSL") encryption.
We strictly limit access of personally identifiable information to only those ICM, Inc., employees who need the information in order to carry out their job responsibilities or to answer your inquiries. All secure information is stored in an area where only our Web Master and our IT Manager have access. Information received is processed in two ways. If the information relates to an application for employment, it is forwarded to our Human Resources department, which is responsible for it from that point forward. If the information is an inquiry, it is forwarded to the person/department most capable of responding. The question and the response are then sent back to the Web Master, who catalogs them on our secure server and forwards the information back to you.
